Damned If You Do

This is a one of piece that I have created using a dameselflie 'Neurobasis Kaupi' and some wings from a Papilionidae butterfly on a skeleton with florals and black wax.

The aim of this piece is to bring a different look to the process of entomology.  We often sometimes get a lot of breakage or specimens that are just not up to standard, and I hate waste.  

I call this ' Damsel of death' Featuring a damselflies 'Neurobasis Kaupi'

I will slowly be releasing a collection line of these frames and more a one-off style.  No style will ever be the same (Unless requested and depending on wings etc. I have available)

Frame Specs: Situated in a black depth frame 15 x 20cm on white board with black wax from a spell candle.  The skeleton is painted a bronze/silver colour
