Menelaides polytes ledebouria

Common Mormon swollowtail.  This is a common species of the swollowtail.  These are commonly spotted across Asia. The males are black and white, whilst the females feature a red color at the bottom of their wings.  In my frames I have the males.  The wing span can get upto 13cm and are a very beautiful butterfly. 

Frame Specs:    Situated in a 13x18cm black depth frame, on a white background  with a pewter foiled pentagon
